Sharon Moore is the Program Director of New Tides Residential. She has a Bachelor's Degrees in Sociology and Social Work and a Master's Degree in Social Work. Sharon Moore has 25 years of experience as a case worker, who worked with people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. She has experience running a residential agency and has a wealth of knowledge around OADS' rules and regulations. Sharon is planning to take her exam to obtain her LCSW-CC, within the next year and will oversee the Clinical Consultant for Positive Support Plans, Functional Assessments and Behavior Management Plans. Sharon Moore will be responsible for daily operation of New Tides Residential.

Director of Human Resources for New Tides Residential. She ha extensive work experience both in human resources and in a number of health and human services roles. In the past, she had worked as a DSP with other agencies. Maria has years of experience working in a residential setting with individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. Maria is a hard-working, capable and compassionate problem solver. She is very knowledgeable of the Labor and Employment Laws and will be responsible for hiring and ensuring the agency is in compliant with employment and labor laws and regulations.

She is currently a full time Registered Nurse working at Maine Medical Center and has a long history of working in Behavioral Health at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine and at the Gorham House in Gorham, Maine. She is a certified CPR and CRMA instructor providing access to staff trainings. Her goal is to create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to high quality standards while supporting staff to do their best in caring for clients.

I attended Northern Maine Community College, where I achieved my Associates degree in Medical Office Administration. I have raised my 5 children and lived most of my life in the beautiful state of Maine.
