Sharon Moore is the Program Director of New Tides. She has a Bachelor's Degrees in Sociology and Social Work and a Master's Degree in Social Work. Sharon Moore has 25 years of experience as a case worker, who worked with people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. She has experience running a residential agency and has a wealth of knowledge around OADS' rules and regulations. Sharon is planning to take her exam to obtain her LCSW-CC, within the next year and will oversee the Clinical Consultant for Positive Support Plans, Functional Assessments and Behavior Management Plans. Sharon Moore will be responsible for daily operation of New Tides.

Justine McCurry is the Team Lead of Case Management Services and brings a decade of social service experience to this new role at New Tides. She has worked as a client-focused case manager for more than five years in her previous role. Prior to becoming a case manager, she served as a Residential Manager for several group homes specializing in adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism and brain injury services.
Justine is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and enjoys skiing & carpentry. She lives with her family in the Lakes Region.
